TSB online banking problem ATM?

I've been trying to set up a new banking recipient (online) but the phone call ends before I get to enter the code , saying I've entered the wrong code! I've tried using my land line number and my mobile number - no difference.

I phoned TSB, but unfortunately I don't have telephone banking set up ATM, so they just advised to keep trying. Anyone else having problems?

Try doing it in a quiet room, I had the problem on entering the wrong number a while ago (although it could of been with a different bank).

It was saying I had the wrong code (or words to that effect) I think it was picking up noise from the my partner and child sat next to me talking and not giving me the chance to type the number.

If that makes sense?

Yes as you can type or say code without choosing which option background noise can interfere.
