My husband does EPCs and he agrees too.
EPCs are the biggest pile of rubbish and are pointless documents.Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

They have a purpose - to enable the government to gather a list of people who let property and which property they can levy fines against under The Energy Act 2011 if they do not comply.0
