There was no party wall agreement as we are both on semis and there is a gap between my property and his about 4 meter wide which half belongs to him and half to me
So it's not your semi-detached neighbour, but the neighbour on the other side, and there's some outhouses which link across where there could for example be a driveway?

Has he got planning permission for the work or is it permitted development? Are building control aware of what is going on?

He sounds like a bit of a cowboy/bodger and I would not let him anywhere near your repair. He has removed your fence without permission and caused a wall to fall over damaging your property.

Call your insurers to get them to look at it, call building control to make sure they are involved in his works and call planning to make sure he is allowed to do what he is doing.

Yes Exactly. He is not my semi-detached neighbour but on the other side and the wall in question is a lean to.

He is doing extension within PD but it is approved, I have check the council website too, he is not a builder by profession but he is doing some work on his own and getting others to do some bits.

I spoke to the guy who is doing brickwork on the house and he was quite rude he said you are saying this crack is due to us there will be 100's of cracks here and there, you want to put all on us now or what, he said to me may be i build the whole house for you how about that. I said to him we could either do it this way that you fix it or I can call out a surveyor and he will have to come and charge you to fix this as his side of wall has almost collapsed and is leaning on my wall and he still does not think it is his wall that has caused the collapse. I was just trying to be nice to him but I think he has taken it too far. I am attaching some pics as well.
The owner then came back to me and said dont worry we will fix this as initially even he kept refusing this is anything to do with the wall that has fallen off from his side but then may be later after discussing with the builder he came back and said we will push the wall outside and plaster over it. I dont think plastering over it will make the wall stable again?

Even if he's doing it himself he should notify building control. If he hasn't you should do it for him.

I hope yours is the house on the left. It doesn't look terminal but you definitely need that wall to stop leaning on yours!

The fence you can see on the bottom is what he has broken and kept on the side. It was almost gone anyways and I was about to get new fence but I was planning on using the same posts and he has taken them out too creating more work for me.
The bricker only comes every saturday for one day only and this wall is going to be leaning against my wall all week now, yesterday while closing the door after talking to him, more stuff came out of the crack and scared if it will next fall on me soon.
