Hi all,
I'm sorry if in the wrong place. I'm trying to find a first point of contact with the above to see whether we had the PPI on the 2 cards. It appears it may have been added automatically. I have read so many threads advising different contacts to be made first. Is there a definitive address you write to or phone for Next and Debenhams ? Do I send in the PPI consumer questionnaire first before I even know whether we had PPI ? Any advice would be much appreciated. I just want to know how to get the show on the road. There is actually so much info as to be confusing !
Cheers all for any help.

Did you ever check the monthly cc bills before paying them?I'm trying to find a first point of contact with the above to see whether we had the PPI on the 2 cards
Any PPI charges would have been itemised on a separate line and very difficult to miss.0 -
You might find this useful re Debenhams' store cards:

Claimants are currently finding the Santander > FOS > Genworth route successful in reclaiming PPI from store cards from the then Arcadia group of stores (Dorothy Perkins, Burton, Top Shop, Miss Selfridges, Debenhams etc). Please be polite to OPs and remember this is a site for Claimants and Appellants to seek redress against their bank, ex-boss or retailer. If they wanted morality or the view of the IoD or Bank they'd ask them.0
