    Why do cats chirrup?
Pickles and tomcat are refining the language you use to talk to stupid humans and Tom now does the morning chirrup.
    He always squawked before lol.

I have thrown some biological washing liquid out round my front door cos interloper has been spraying judging by the stench.
Once it's dried I will see if it passes the tomcat test.

my OH is soft and I just caught him feeding it.....

A water pistol is also useful when house training an OH :rotfl:
Her courage will change the world.

Treasure the moments that you have. Savour them for as long as you can for they will never come back again.

OK more about the wonderful slightly odd world of picalili.

She likes to go out bask, kill blades of grass etc. But every 20 min's meanders in purruping, sticks her nose in your face, rubs your cheeks and goes back out. I think she's checking we haven't moved.

OH was sorting the car yesterday so I am getting the pics of madam helping (sat on the dashboard mooch ed around inside etc)

"Everyone's pets have about 6 names right?"... I guess, on average, factoring in dogs/other non-felines... "I'm entitled to nine names as I've nine lives." (Lt. Willow, tabby cat, 101 Dalmatians (book, not films)) Our furry dudes had/have considerably more than nine each, few of which can I divulge for fear of compromising security:D

Melly, you know I was concerned about crashing the computer? It died. Totally. Nothing to do with the photobucket link at all, this was hardware dead. Am now speaking to you from a new-to-us machine. Been marooned in no-internet land for three weeks, good thing I'm not a teenager or I would have lost the will to live within three minutes, apparently.:rotfl:

Tomcat's eyes in the before and after pics say it all. You saved his soul, you and your OH. Well done. Dostoevsky said something along the lines of "you can judge the degree of civilisation in a society by observing its treatment of its prisoners, its children and its elderly" (actually, that was Agent Larkin in Con Air) I would say, "observe its treatment of its pets, first."

Quite right, too! We mere humans should know our place, don't you think? When we were kids, my sister sat on the floor so her kitten could sit on the chair... she was always more advanced than I.
