In asking everyone for pictures lol
Photobucket I can send you the link.

She's so lethargic, fairly sure she won't be able to wait till Monday so getting interview out of the way calling vet and taking her up.

It's good to know she likes catnip though she will be ace on it when better.

Had sisters previously before the dogs and Jaspa (black and white girl very feisty) was fantastic on catnip. She would get hers and Pompoms together in one pile, have her front legs round it, roll in it, attack invisible catnip thieves then pass out.

That would be very kind, Melly, I'll try not to break it:o

Trippin' on catnip, eh? Peace, lurve...:) My little stripey dude got some in his eye the first time I tried to give him any; I managed to wipe it out very carefully but now would not use it unless it were encased in a mouse-shaped container.

You have an interview tomorrow? Best of luck and hope it goes really well.

That's what I use to upload pics.

Madam is a lot brighter this morning, had a chirrup, she's been playing and demanded food (only ate a mouthful but asking for it is a step forward)

    Not slept at all lol
Dog walk, shower and 9am interview.

Just read this thread Melly & love it. Beautiful pics.
I used to have a devil cat who was big hunter gatherer. Rabbits, birds....anything really but his favourite was snatching ham or cheese when I was making sandwiches. Up would come the paw and the ham/cheese would be gone in seconds! Your bacon episode took me right back there. He also adored twiglets - well the coating actually. He would lick a twiglet until all the coating was off then leave the biscuit part on the floor. He was a real character.
I've had two black cats & love them. Beautiful, sleek shiny coats.

Hope your interview went well. Fingers crossed for you x

That's terrific, Melly, thank you... I might wait for OH in case I crash the computer, you don't know what I'm like. When he/anyone else picks up his digital camera, it says, "Hello", when I do, it dies. Last week I temporarily flat-lined a tabletty thingy? It was smaller than a laptop, no keyboard, and much bigger than a phone:D All I was required to do was "sign" on it:( I gave up writing with my finger when I was about five! It looked like random lines... How did the interview go?

owlet, please, really please do not be offended by what I'm about to say: Please have a care what you allow your puddy to eat. I found out only recently that onions are lethal to cats and many savoury snacks contain onion powder. Fortunately our little dude is beyond fussy what he eats, good for him. He won't eat chicken that has been cooked in the same container as onions, his sister did. She loved the chicken out of chicken curry. We have no idea if these things contributed to her demise or not (liver disease) after all, she ate them for years, and cheese and onion crisps, and ham, with all its nitrates but she ain't here no more. I would hate for anyone else to go through the guilt, needless or otherwise, that we did. She lived to fourteen and a half so she must have consumed an awful lot of this stuff, but still, we wonder.

    It went well I think.
I really liked them, the role would be really good longterm.

    She's back to normal so
Hooked a bit of dog kibble out of their bowl and is chasing that round.
Stuck her nose in OHS cereal lol

Ate a mouthful of her food then tried to help tomcat.
When he left she scarfed all of his ate a mouthful of hers and beat up the catnip ball lol.

No offence taken Smodlet, I should have said I was going back to the 1990 with our cat. He lived to the ripe old age of 19 though & emigrated to the Netherlands with my daughter at 14 years..... tough as old boots that one!!

Love is running out in a hail storm to rescue kitten from bushes.

Had a small child.on a bike asking if I was ok as I was calling 'piccalilli, foxy kitten' into bushes.
Her dad asked if I was looking for a cat as pickle was behind blinking and looking grumpy lol.

    Brought her in
    Gave her a huuuuge cuddle
    Fed her again
    Now with the dogs

Oh her and tomcat had a mutual facial grooming session this morning and pickles mum was round again (pickle no like that)

I am at the contract role tomorrow, gonna be tough.
