CAPTCHA is going to block you entering competitions

This is madness. It is totally bonkers. CAPTCHA is effectively going to limit how many comps you can enter in an hour
Does anybody know who this Richard John Bingham is and where can we find him?
Serious compers can easily do loads of Captchas in an hour – for example, just think of the “30 entry” Bauer radio comps. I can see this causing us utter chaos. I think we should all get in touch with this “Joint Organisation for Key Evaluation” and tell them we just don’t get it.Most web users will be familiar with CAPTCHA tests (Completely Automated Public Turing test to tell Computers and Humans Apart) such as Google’s reCAPTCHA. Unfortunately, Artificial Intelligence (AI) software and Bots are becoming increasingly capable of successfully completing the tests. The problem is that making the CAPTCHAs harder for the bots to solve also makes them impossible for humans to solve easily, so a new approach has been under test and its release is imminent.
The new CAPTCHAs may be a little bit easier to solve, but when you complete one, your IP address will be recorded, and if you try and complete too many CAPTCHAs in a set time period then it will be assumed you are a Bot and the CAPTCHA will give a FAIL even if you solve it correctly. With many CAPTCHAs being hosted by third parties, this means that even if you switch to a different website, if the CAPTCHA is of the same type, then you will be automatically blocked on the new website as well.
The actual number of CAPTCHAS allowed, the time period involved and the duration of the block have not been revealed but spokesperson Richard John Bingham from the body who came up with the new system – The Joint Organisation for Key Evaluation – said “No normal user should be trying to solve dozens of CAPTCHAs in one hour, so imposing a limit on this will not affect genuine users”
Does anybody know who this Richard John Bingham is and where can we find him?

Thought this was going to be a sensible thread about road signs, street names, road names etc. and the impossibility of solving those captchas.0
