Anyone else find Gleam and Rafflecopter annoying?

Recently I have seen more and more bloggers adding a daily option to 'watch a video' or 'click on this page to enter' on their rafflecopters/Gleams. I am not a techy expert but do bloggers get paid for the number of times their videos get viewed or for when entrants click on another page, whether it is on their blog or another site?
Just seems strange that there has been such a sudden influx of bloggers using these options?
I think it affects their 'stats' which are of interest to Companies looking for blogs to sponser etc2018 - £562 2019 - £130 2020 - £276 2021 - £106 2022 - £1400
