Problems with shower purchase

I purchased a shower from a "reputable" bathroom company on eBay, they run their own website and sell a big range of products. It cost about £900..

Since the start I haven't had any handles on the shower, despite being sent 4 different pairs by the company, the radio in the shower has also stopped working.

I'd been communicating with them for the past 3 months but recently they've just started ignoring me, they've decided that I'm just not installing the handles properly, even though 3 other people have tried putting them in, and it's not the most complicated of jobs (one was a plumber).

My emails and calls over the past 2 weeks have been completely ignored, and today when I get through to the managing director on the phone he refused to do anything about it.

In my rage, I've just gone and bought 3 items from them on eBay, and left negative feedback on all 3 of them.. I know a lot of you will look down on this from my part, but to spend £900 on something with a 1 year warranty and be treated the way I have been is truly unacceptable, not to mention the time I've wasted with these people. I was truly so angry when I left the feedback, I have calmed down a bit now.

Clearly they're not going to help me at all now after I've left the feedback, but I've sent them a message saying I'd promptly remove the feedback if they decide they're willing to help me sort out my problems.

What do you guys think..

What do I think? Auction wrecking, feedback bombing and feedback extortion is what I think!

Forget getting any help from them... you've really gawn and done it now.

Well they haven't helped over the past 3 months.. Well in a matter of minutes, they've had the feedback removed anyway.

Its grounds for removal buying to leave negative feedback. If ebay check and see who quickly it was left after buying/winning auction then you will be in trouble.

    Can trading standards not help?

Yeah I was a bit hasty, I really hope no action will be taken, I've just been made Powerseller too..

Yeah I'll contact Trading Standards soon, not sure what they can do though.
