Neighbors from block of flats trespassing

Hello
my neighbors from block of flats keep trespassing and using it as a shortcut
I have contacted their management company, been told they will look in to it, according to them they have posted letter to the tenants asking them to stop, but I did not see any improvements.
I have cctv system in , however is not very advanced so I'm able to capture occasions of trespassers only when me or my family members notices it so the we download the footage for evidence. there might more evidence on the footage however I do not have time to rewind and view it
I did email management company picture and link to the video of trespassers, Also made a complain to LA for antisocial behavior as as some youth been telling me off and showing middle finger when I tell them to stop trespassing
Recently they become so bold that they do not bother even when Im outside my home or in a garage they just carry on.. I had a near miss when my 2 year old son was nearly knocked down by fast cycling youth.

Council said to contact solicitors but I think they need to do something to prevent my family getting hurt or being harassed

Simplest solution is to erect the fence it will need only 3m

any ideas how I can get this resolved ?many thanks

I didn't know you could get your house blurred on Google!

Anyway yes, fix a fence and no, not really the management company's fault if people choose to walk there and, tbh, it looks like a road and a throughfare without a fence, so am not surprised people walk that way...

I think a fence is a logical move, you could also add some words to the existing street sign along the lines of "private road - no unauthorised access". I suspect people are just not aware that it's private land.
It may also help if the car park to the flats had an entrance in the corner next to your shared boundary, but that's out of your control.

Oh, and if it was you that had the Google image blurred you might want to delete this thread as your address is very easily identified.

Or just get rid of the name of the block of flats on the overhead view'd do.
