I've had my Mercedes C180 covered for the last 6 months with this company and have now swapped cars mid contract (I've bought a Nissan Note).
Rang 2Gether to ask if the cover could be swapped from one vehicle to another and expected to be told there would be an admin fee plus random made up charges.
Nope: a straight switch with no additional charge as the Nissan is a newer vehicle :beer:.
Aside from the 48 hour wait to transfer the vehicle cover I am absolutely delighted and the whole process took just three minutes on the phone.
I've gotten so used to contractual changes incurring fee after fee that I'm truly amazed that this one was fee free. Is this normal for the breakdown cover industry or did I get lucky? Anyway, I wanted to share my mini win for the day.
