Nationwide Morgage With PDL on Credit File

Hi
Can anyone tell me if they have recently acquired a mortgage with Nationwide and have a old Payday loan account on their credit file?
I am in the process of trying to find a Morgage and used a broker who have come back to me with only two options one of which was Nationwide because of an old PDL showing on my credit file from 3 years ago?
We are due to apply tomorrow and don't want to damage credit file if its going to be a straight knockback, I know nationwide do full credit check at DIP stage.
The house we want to buy is £186,000, We have 27k deposit and joint earnings of 70k with no debt.
Any help/advice apprteciated
Thanks

Hi
How did you get on with this? I'm in the same boat0 -
Plenty of lenders have no interest in a three-year old PDL.I am a mortgage broker. You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Not sure why you would bump a 1 month old thread, when there are already 2 threads on almost the same topic discussed here within the last 2 hours.
Anyway, in case you missed them, and to avoid me repeating myself yet again...

Edit: I also see you posted last week about having a DIP from Nationwide

According to Nationwide websiteGetting a DIP involves a credit check
So has something now gone wrong? :huh:0 -
because I and other person hasn't applied yet, and the OP most probably - did. so the right feedback from OP is highly appreciated.I own an EV. AMA0

I passed the credit check - valuation instructed. I'm guessing it could still go wrong when going with the underwriters though?0
