Any good alternative to BES12 MDM?

As a company we use BES12 across Windows/ Apple/ Android phones.

We are finding it a bit 'unstable' and very unfriendly for end users.

Any people on here recommend and better user friendly solutions?

AirWatch, Mobile Iron, Good Technology (now owned by Blackberry) and InTune would be the obvious alternatives

We use Cisco Meraki for our apple devices and it's free up to 100 devices. Heard good things about vmware airwatch and also lightspeed. They have trials so you can try them out to see if they are good for what you need.

Does Meraki do selective wiping? I think personal data would be completely wiped if lost or employee left the company.
