Its just an answer to your security question that you set up or click on the blue box in the E-mail and it just takes you to your rewards page. Even if you answer the security question you still get the E-mail, but I just ignore it. If you do it by the question go straight to order status and it will say varified. All of say 30 seconds work what everway you decide to go.

If its not happened yet wait till you get the Postcard with the code that you need to imput. The postcard takes over a week to arrive.

Is anyone else having problems with the site this morning? Ncrave keeps crashing and the rest of the site is very clunky.

Everything has been running fine since 8 am.

seems ok for me, so far I managed 5 ncrave sets, they seemed to run normally.

I always find watching anything a bit clunky, it doesn't always like to progress to the next vid.

Thanks for the replies Merlin, Ian & Roxy.
I have to go out shortly, so will reboot my rooter. I can ususally do Ncrave in Chrome, plus Watch and ToolbarTV at the same time in Firefox without any problems at all.

No issues on Android, touch wood. Ncrave still crashing though.

This is my first post to the MSE forum - although I have been SB'ing for over a year now

N-Crave seems to be quite clunky today, but I can get it to work on Google Chrome. Hope this helps?
