I emailed them and have 2 automated replies saying they will "get around to them in 2-3days " meanwhile also giving some tips as to providing appropriate "evidence" regarding dates etc.- I have replied to these saying that they already have the evidence they need which is contained within my account ledger in the Shop and earn section. (this was yesterday - no further reply as yet)


In my first email I told them the dates of purchase and email date of the confirmation from them that the purchase had taken place.

I used the Contact Us/shop/section - but it is very hit and miss filling out the "form"- it doesn`t lend itself to the kind of problem we have - a straight Section for "one -off" complaints would be appreciated - automated replies are not welcome..

I don't understand what is going on with Swagbucks and voucher payments. I ordered a £15 Amazon voucher on the 18th and so did my son. He received his on the 21st and I'm still waiting. I ordered a £10 one on the 23rd and he ordered one on the 24th. His arrived later that day and I am still waiting. I have contacted them to ask why, but just received the automated reply saying it could take up to 10 working days. I really want to finish off my Christmas shopping :mad:
