Found another quite easy one, and this time it's not a survey.

Discovery --> Kiwi Wall --> Sim City --> 27 SB.

It says only for IPHONE/IPAD devices

Just downloaded the app and ran it, and got the SB instantly.
I missed this game, it was an incredible PC game.
