I'm struggling with this. I've got several disqualifications listed in "My SB" showing they came from the app, but the square hasn't coloured in
It's the only one I need for a full board as well. I've sent screen shots to help to see if they can fix it.
I've got the same problem. The square says SB earned on 'attempts' at surveys on app - I've attempted several and been given 1SB as compensation but the square hasn't filled. I've sent a message asking why. When do we have to 'claim' by? I know it says 12 PT time (8amGMT) but is that when Swago ends or when we have to claim by?Books - the original virtual reality.

I just had a thought, probably wrong, I'm sure you know there are TWO apps, the SB mobile app AND SB Answer app. Just thought some new people might not know and be using just one of them and then Swago squares wouldn't turn.0 -

Edited: Looks like I didn't have the surveys app. Now I have downloaded it 'there are not surveys for me right now'. Ah, well I'll wait and see if there is anything later.Books - the original virtual reality.

In your Apps, one shows as Answer, the other as Swagbucks. You can get the other in Playstore for Android.0 -
