Daily Deal Shaw Academy registration did not dredit (60 sb). And again I am furious that there is nothing I can do because I am barred from contacting Help. Nothing you lovely folks recommended worked....

You got 60 SB and I got a free course in English, that's justice! I'm sure you can change the language settings somewhere?

I've got a referal, but from what someone was saying a few pages back it takes a while for referal bucks to credit. So you won't be able to complete the "earn sb from a referal" square unless you had already referred someone last month.

I gave up with it in the end and cashed in the diagonal X.
Managed to get disqualified from a survey on the app eventually.
Have figured I will probably never get any referrals with the way my luck goes!
    Historic Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!

    Saving for Xmas 2022= . . Amazon £55

Has anyone contacted Swagbucks on your behalf (and heard back from them) to try and sort that out?
Even if they have, unless they replied to say they're not lifting the ban, or anything like that, I'm happy to write to them about it and see if anything happens.

I emailed them myself under the old email address we used to use (zendesk), explaining the situation, but never heard back. Never had any problems before they changed the contact system. I'm sure they only accept the default method for contact but it's nice of you to offer.
