Morning all. We're celebrating the Queen's 90th birthday today and sure we all want to send collective congratulations.
Oh and enter birthdayqueen in the code box on the homepage before 11am for 4 SBs...

Can anyone please advise what the UK tax position is on Swagbucks earned and then redeemed/turned into gift cards etc- particularly given that the Swagbucks themselves can come from a variety of sources (eg even a bonus for registering with their site, surveys/polls, buying the odd product (which is effectively just a standard cash back arrangement), searching the web etc)? Many thanks.

Speak to HMRC direct. I personally declare these as earnings.

MSE says it is taxable income, even when taken as gift cards.

You still need to declare it. All that means is that you won't pay tax on it!

can anyone offer me some advice with the real eyes surveys? When asked to select a web cam, I can see myself on screen as clear as day, yet when I then select that same webcam, on the next screen I get a black box. Sometimes I can get a white circle to appear for my head to go in, but I can't seem to get it to let me progess any further than that. What am I doing wrong?

no ncrave for me to day :(
