Anyone else do a survey about shopping apps powered by Qualtrics? I did one about the Marks and Spencer app. Got to the end and got a screen from samplicious saying "Success! You have completed our survey." But no SB have been credited. :( Think that was about 20 mins ago.
    Any suggestions what to do?
Is there even any method that I don't know about to find the survey number? I don't think I can put a ticket in without the survey number and the amount of SB that the survey was for. Has anyone successfully been credited for this survey that could kindly look up the survey number and amount of swagbucks for me. Thanks.

Oh, and more annoyingly was that I'd completed the survey on my mobile as I was trying to do some for swago, so along with the missing SBs, I also don't have the "complete a gold survey from your mobile device" coloured in as I'd intended.

Put in a ticket. The survey details are under 'My Swagbucks' - top right corner.

I did the SB for 1800SB for William Hill Vegas...says it's 'instant' but one day later still no sign of my SB...? Is that normal?

Depends on what it says under the t&cs. Most of these third party ones take weeks. Make sure you take screenshots of signing up and send in a ticket if is states instant.

For surveys, doesn't that just show those which credited or were disqualified from?
At least that's all I think I can see on mine under My SB.
The survey I did has not credited and I was not disqualified from and so I don't think I can see the number, but maybe I'm just not looking in the right place.

I have had one that didn't appear and I put in a ticket and got credited. Not sure if they can see what you have started/completed, but I didn't have a problem without the survey number.

Trouble is they also want to know the amount of SB it was for and tbh I can't even remember that right now.
Oh, and when I tried to submit a ticket it wouldn't send as it said:
    • Survey ID: cannot be blank
    • Survey Amount: cannot be blank
    • Did you include an attachment?: cannot be blank
Before I lost it from my phone though I did take a photograph of the Success screen, though that proves next to nothing as it was a generic screen.

So annoyed with myself for not noting the survey number and number of SB it was for, but other distractions mean that you don't always think to do that.

If you are fairly new to SBs, they will be more generous, so type in 'see below' in the required boxes, attach the photo even if generic, and describe all you can remember about the survey.

And we'll keep our fingers crossed for you!
  • it was one available for prior customers - have sent screenshots now and a ticket of my transactions etc! fingers crossed

A while ago I did the Ladbrokes one and I had to put a ticket in to get it credited.

Well I was stupid this morning and submitted my swago board for a 5 SB diagonal line forgetting that you can only do it once :wall::doh:
Also can we claim american amazon vouchers in the UK? Because the exchange rate would make it well worth it. A $5 amazon voucher equates to roughly £3.50 for 500 SB and not 525 SB for £3 if I claimed the english voucher

I did that last month because it was new and I didn't realise what I was doing. Oh well, you and I both won't make the same mistake again!

US-gift cards are all under one section in rewards. Unfortunately I don't think Amazon.com are there. It might be worth putting in a ticket about it, I'll do the same. I buy them for my US family as Birthday/ Christmas presents and it would be really useful to build up a stock of them, as we mainly buy from each other's respective Amazon wish lists.
