Mine is currently popping up again every 5 mins or so. But I had your problem for a day or two last week, then it righted itself again, so keep your fingers crossed.

Yes, this happened to me yesterday. I sent a screenshot of nearly-the-end of the survey (I always start to take them when it gets to 90% and over) and the DQ message, and Customer Support credited me almost immediately.

And today I had an e-mail invitation to a survey worth 150SB for a 20 minute survey. When I completed it, I only got credited with 55SB - so again I sent screenshots (this time of the e-mail and of my account showing the 55SB) to Customer Support and they credited me with the full 150SB - so I got 205 SB in all for it.

Nice idea, but you are allocated to a team, no choice in the matter.
To be honest I sign up every time and then forget about it. Getting the minimum points is easy without any extra effort and you get at least 5SB back when you cash in for a voucher. Nothing to lose and now and again I have been on the winning team.
