Is anyone else have problems with the random 5sb auto run video on encrave? I can watch it once and then it just says 'this offer is currently unavailable'. It's been like this for a couple of days now

For me, once I have watched it, I refresh the screen and its no longer there. Wait about 5 mins and it re-appears and I am able to run it again.

Rinse and repeat as many times as I like.

That's what mine used to be like but it changed a couple of days ago. Once I've watched the video it doesn't disappear though. I've changed brower and it's still the same. I've logged a ticket with support but they haven't come back to me yet
