Well, I've had a reply but they offered no solution. They did, however, credit me with the 30 swagbucks I didn't get! Pretty useless imho as I wanted a permanent solution. So....
I sideloaded the newer versions to my old phone but they won't even install! Looks like I'm going to use my more up to date working phone - something that I wanted to avoid but which now seems inevitable as I like the Amazon vouchers too much!

just had a quick look and the query is not specifically addressed - the telling bit of it is that SB have "sole discretion" anyway to identify if there has been any abuse and "sole discretion " to decide on any penalty to be imposed..... so really sewn up in their favour regardless of any published T&C`s !!!!


I did note that if accessing SB from outside the US, I must be in compliance with local laws, which I believe I am.
