I have a strange one regarding the Android apps which I wondered if anyone else had encountered and/or has resolved. It happened first with Moviecl.ips a few weeks ago, IndyMusic yesterday and Sportly today. One didn't bother me too much but three means 30 swagbucks short each day!
Anyhow what happened is that they all asked me to log in before running them, which I did and they accepted my credentials. I then favourited a video and ran it only to be told on completion that it was an 'Unauthorized account' and I am chucked out of the apps. I tried clearing the app data and cache of Moviecl.ips to no avail then I tried uninstalling and reinstalling it with no result.
I've put this to support as they recommend but I'm sure they'll tell me to reinstall... If you know better, please advise. Thanks

I have a friend with the same problem! They have the same phone as me, so not phone related as I'm running fine. Please let us know what SB say.

That happened to me a couple of weeks ago and I finished up reinstalling the newer versions of the apps.

I previously didn't allow them to update and so I put it down to using old versions as the newer versions worked though I don't know if that was the fault.

I'd been running them fine for months on android's alcatel pixi but a few days ago movieclips signed me out, it signs me in then I have the same unauthorized account message pop up, but then it says new version to download. I haven't downloaded the new version as I can't find in the apps, last time I remember my OH had to root them as it said incompatible with my device.
Today sportly has done the same.

I suspect what is happening is there is a new version to download and as mine is on the old version it's kicking me out.I might be wrong though :rotfl:

I've been running movieclips on iphone instead and been getting bonuses almost every day though.

You've reminded me I need to talk sweet to my OH and see if he can remember how to root them for me. It was a pain last time.

Ditto for me (except I havnt tried to reinstall on my rooted HP tablet (not a phone), which does not qualify for the "proper " download (previously I have "sideloaded" ok) I cannot be bothered with trying for these any more........ its a bit of a bummer but I am now concentrating on getting my bread and butter points via the Watch Encrave (US version) on my desktop....I will give up on the SBTV when they go the same way.......

As I have said I used these apps on an ordinary Rooted tablet , does anyone have a simple way, (or link to instructions), of getting these to work again on a non - phone / rooted device ?

yeah, exactly the same story for me. I'm possibly running old versions of the apps, but since my android phone is ancient (gingerbread) not sure if newer ones would work anyway.

I just download the latest version on my phone, then sideload it onto my tablet. Do you have a phone you can sideload them from?

I had that problem with apps, updated the affected ones at the Play Store via the phone and they now work fine. My phone is old.
ETA Just had to do the same thing with Indy Music. Did the same thing. Took a couple of minutes and it now works fine.
