I don't think waiking will really help , since one of my friend did this before, walikng for about 1 hour even, but didn't lose any weight.
However one of my friend do in this way: Eat full for breakfast and almost full for lunch, but only eat vegetable or fruit only. And finally, she lost a lot.
You can also try this.0 -

Indeed. She seems to have her calorie intake under control.
Mrs G has a fairly comprehensive fitness routine that includes some body resistance exercises that don't need any equipment. She uses some apps on her phone to keep herself motivated.
100 pushup challenge. Press-ups in other words. It's free.
The other is called "Just six weeks" and costs £1.68
It has five exercise routines including crunches, dips, squats etc.
The beauty of them is that they can done anywhere. You don't need a gym or much space at all.
If you aren't strapped for cash, a (good) personal trainer is also pretty effective. I was dubious at first but now I can see that is money well spent.0 -
Don't buy any equipment until you really need it and you know that you can commit to using it. There are tonnes of resources out there do do fitness for free with no equipment:
Youtube - tonnes of available videos
Joinflex.tv - tonnes of free LIVE streamed workout classes
MyFitnessPal - tonnes of free workout advice:j:j:j:j0 -
