Car accident, oesteopath costs?

I had a low speed car accident last week, I have since seen the oesteopath to deal with pain in my neck and shoulder. Once I've finished seeing him (hopefully only once more) he is going to write me a report and receipt etc. Is there any way I can claim this money back through the other parties insurance (admitted liability). I don't have legal cover on my insurance and I have no desire to use an ambulance chaser. I'm not interested in compensation I just hope to get the expense covered.

Is anyone able to point me in the right direction?

write to the company, telling them of your intentions regarding osteopath etc.

Wait to see what they respond with.

Submit a claim to them, send them copies only,.

Thanks McKneff, assume a claim can just be in the form of a letter with explanation and copy of the report/receipt from the oesteopath?

Yes I did, they were satisfied it was just whiplash and not serious damage.

And other than pain killers did they advise any further treatment or was it your own decision to visit the osteopath?
