So now I need to make the complaint to the bank, I will maybe email CAB first. It is a shame I can not access the accounts and show you guys what they did and the amounts.
You dont need to show us anything Andy, but you are right - CABSO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe0 -

Not sure I'm following the difficulty in making the complaint or why you'd need to involve CAB? Just invoke their complaints procedure, as published at http://www.business.natwest.com/business/contact_us/contact_us_how_to_complain.html
Over a week ago you outlined the problem on here, so why not just recycle that wording, i.e.Dear NatWest
You have twice taken money from my LTD Company account to pay my personal mortgage arreas without any authorisation from me.
This has caused many problems because this money is the only money I have, also it is needed to pay wages, the time it happened I was living out of the UK and this would have left me in a country penniless, I would have had no money to return to UK
This was clearly inappropriate, please contact me urgently in order to [discuss compensation/reinstate accounts/reimburse expenses/whatever else you want them to do to resolve this]
Yours, Andy
In my humble opinion there's no point in getting worked up about whether or not it's strictly 'theft' or not, but it was clearly wrong and caused inconvenience so why not push on and complain accordingly, once you've got it clear in your head what they can do to put this right?
If you feel that a complaint about the personal account is also appropriate (given the arrears, etc) then fire in a second one about that too....0
