reclaim Lloyds TSB platinum acc charges

Hi,
I was pushed into taking out a platinum account with Lloyds when it was with TSB years ago but I can't remember the year. Will it be possible for me to get this information from my bank?

They will be able to provide you with dates when you took out the account. If you have online banking you can also log in and view all your previous statements to see when the fees started.0
