Just dropped in to have a quick read (still only lurking but hope to join in next month;)) and am so impressed by all the money everyone has made so far this month:T.

Just to say I'm really impressed with the speed of redeeming and receiving payment from Pinecone these days, much quicker than usual and it was always better than anyone else anyway. Did a survey yesterday morning, received payment notification from Pinecone in the evening, redeemed it via Paypal just before I went to bed, received in my Paypal account around lunchtime and have just received it from there into my online bank account. I just wish they offered me more surveys:(

Emailed pinecone to see why I hadn't been receiving studies in an age and was informed that "my household was listed for deactivation and I was removed from the panel" WITHOUT BEING TOLD

Ouch, sorry lex  Maybe I should get in touch. I haven't had a survey in two months....is that normal?

Just checked my bank details again and a payment for £85.70 for some work I did last month has magically appeared, taking me over the £100 mark so I'm on track to make target :j

No, i don't think it is that's why I emailed to check. Seems they're removing people without notifying them. Being able to log in is no indication - I can still log in to my account.
Periodically we have found it necessary to refresh the composition of our research panel in order to stay current with changes in the general population and to provide clients with the broadest possible spectrum of consumer opinions. In doing so, on occasion we have had to discontinue the membership of some of our panellists.

Your household was on the list for deactivation and subsequently removed from the panel.

    Afternoon folks

Sorry not been about much - just not feeling up to it atm.

That's a shame about the Tree people Lex - hope you can get reinstated at a later date. Must say their surveys are good ones but few and far between.

    Good news - tra-la-la - Have won £22 in GFK surveys :j

I have a few other bits to add up and will get to it later.

Had a phone call this afternoon from a survey company called Take Part In Research inviting me to participate in an online focus group in a couple of weeks time. Payment will be excellent so I'm all for it:j. The person phoning asked me a few screening questions (not personal/financial thank goodness as calls out of the blue asking for information like that set alarm bells ringing with me:eek:) and I fit the selection criteria.

Only problem is I just can't recall ever applying to join this company in the past:o, I've certainly never had any survey invitations from them before.

Has anyone on here had any dealings with them? Are they 'kosher' ?

Just googled them and their website looks OK so I expect I'll just wait to see what the survey/tasks look like when they send me the link.

Hi all. I hope everyone's all good (I'll read all the way back through soonish.
I'm late to the party this month but could I be put down for £150 for the remainder of the month?

Interesting to see the recent posts about Pinecone deactivating. I instantly stopped getting emails and surveys after questioning why I was getting £3 a survey not £4 as I'd been with them from the beginning and others still were. I got a very vague response and no reply to second email. A shame!
