I dont know where to start. I have got a nissan micra to either sell or use for part exchange its currently worth about £2-3000. I am looking for a similar size car can anybody recommend anything to me. I went to a local garage today where they had a ford KA for £4695 with 3yrs warranty and brand new. I really like the ford Ka is this a good price? I live in oxford can anyone recommend anywhere to me!

Hi, the Ford Ka is pretty basic, but they're fun to drive and really cheap to run too. And if you're not a fan of parking they're one of the best cars around (they're quite short and easy to reverse into spaces etc).
£4695 is a good price, but I'm guessing that's for a basic one (I may be wrong though). Ford are bringing out an all new Ka soon, so I reckon now is a good time to pick up one of the current shape ones really cheap.
And the beauty is when you want to sell it on, the market for them is huge because they're perfect for new and young drivers.
Hope this helps!0 -
Hi Laura,
You should get more replies on the Motoring board so I'll move your thread over there.

The Fiat Panda is a great little car and within your budget you can have the Elegance model with alloys, CD and climate control/air con. A couple of years old but a much better buy than the KA.0

KA is old now - will be replaced next year by something similar to this Fiat http://modculture.typepad.com/photos/uncategorized/fiat500.jpg
If you like Fords, you can have a Fiesta Style for £6048
