Holiday insurance for someone with heart defect and a TIA

Looking for holiday insurance but finding it a minefield. Wondered if anyone can suggest a decent company to try for someone who has had previous health issues.
The person has had a mini stroke (TIA) almost 12 months ago and also has a heart defect which causes no problems at all but will have to have a pacemaker fitted probably in a few years.
Can anyone suggest a company to try please.

Google travel insurance after TIA/Heart defect for some choices0

Thanks, I have done that but was hoping someone with similar issues had actually used one of the companies and found them reasonable and fair and so could recommend.0

Have you looked at patient associations such as the British Heart Foundation as they often have special schemes for people with heart problems0
