e mail on new phone

Options
Hi

I just bought a Moto G 3rd generation phone from Tesco mobile and so far so good. The only problem is that I cannot see how or where I can access my e mails. There does not appear to be an icon or instructions on how to access e mails.

Any help greatly appreciated.
Val :)

    What provider?
Add your account to a generic e-mail app or download, say, Gmail app if it's not among the installed apps. You can add any account to it.
I special apps for hotmail and other providers can be downloaded if you prefer.

If there is no a button on the home screens use the middle button at the buttom (apps draw) to see the all apps installed. Find the e-mail app and either start it from the draw or add to a home screen.

It should have the normal android email app on there. Failing that go to the store and get something like myMail or Hotmail App or whatever takes your fancy.

"Go to a store" is a very good advice (NOT) to a person asking the most basic question possible.

It's the PlayStore - the right icon in the second row from the buttom:

The 2nd gen Moto G has a generic email app installed on it out of the box (as well as Gmail, obviously), I'd be amazed if the 3rd gen didn't as well.

I have the Google icon on my Moto. When you tap it, a load of apps open. One of them is for GMAIL
