I have recently had my appeal to F1rst parking rejected. They did not notify me this was rejected, I had to go onto the site and check the status.

No where where it tells me I can appeal through POPLA am I given a code however, just a link to the POPLA site.
Nor does it tell me why they rejected it.

Where do I go from here?

double check all your paperwork for a code (if you have a rejection)

check your spam folder and email inbox in case they mailed it

report them to aos at the BPA for the lack of a popla code with your rejection, if you have a rejection ?

contact FIRST and ask where your appeal rejection plus popla code actually is, telling them you will report them to the BPA for BPA CoP failures if they dont clarify the situation
  • I was only able to appeal via an online form not through an email address.
    It just says, status: appeal rejected followed by this;

Under the Terms and Conditions associated with this Parking Charge Notice it is important to note that every person who enters into a contract with the Company for the parking of a vehicle at the Car Park, whether by purchasing a ticket or otherwise, does so on behalf of themselves and all other persons having any proprietary possessory or other financial material interest in the vehicle and its contents. In the event of non-payment we reserve the right to pass this matter to our licensed Debt Collection Agency and the costs of recovering this PCN will be added to the amount outstanding.

For any queries relating to obtaining your information, making a complaint to the DVLA, the British Parking Association's appeals procedure or POPLA – Parking on Private Land Appeals - please click here

When clicking 'here' I am taken to a page which tells me what POPLA is, what the BPA are and about data access.

I am however given a postal address for them.

Should I just contact aos then?

no , contact FIRST and ask them where your rejection popla code is

tell them to email the rejection, or to post it , with your 10 digit popla code

any rejection should be in writing, within 35 days
  • spoke to them and they said it was an admin error that I wasnt contacted so they'll be cancelling it for me this time

    Good stuff!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

    Nice one!
    However...

When you say "spoke to them" - was this all done on the telephone?
And if so, did they say you'd get a cancellation in writing?
