Thomas Cook transfered us to Avion Express, who are they?

I have read reports showing that they have less incidents and accidents than TC, may be less planes.

Any one know about them?

We were going to fly with Yorkshire Airlines but their destinations are limited according to the following video -

Thomas Cook sometimes lease aircraft from Avion Express, it's no big deal, the cabin crew are still Thomas Cook, we went to Turkey last year on a Thomas Cook/Avion Express A320 and a few years ago we came back from Tunisia on another leased aircraft, an Aurela Boeing 757, again, a Thomas Cook cabin crew.
