Just a mad thought, I have a 4% cashback card from Capital One but will obviously not withdraw cash on it. But can I get cashback in the supermarket so that it is put through as a sale rather than a cash withdrawal?

As far as I am aware, they will not offer cashback with a CC. If they *did* then you would prob be given the cash with the cash advance conditions (x% fee and interest usually calculated daily)
