Loft Conversion Cost - Bromley (SE London)

We are thinking of getting some quotes for a loft conversion. We are in a standard 1930s 3-bed semi. I would like a dormer on the rear to allow for a bedroom and an en-suite. Also, my roof needs a hip-to-gable conversion.
if you live in SE London/London and you have had one done recently can you please share how much you paid?
Thanks for any help

We recently completed our loft conversion in SE23. It cost around £44k (including the bathroom suite and tiling) to plaster finish with just painting on top, which we can do most of ourselves (painting quotes have been so expensive!). That was for a standard dormer as we're mid-terrace, hip to gable probably then costs a bit more I'd have thought? We got around 6 quotes and most were within £2-3k of each other, depending on the exact spec.
The cost did include a new front slope to the roof, which we needed, so you could take off £3k if you didn't need that0
