Basically its been nearly 3 months since my mother last received any communication from them, so I'm wondering is this normal, or should i be concerned?
I want this PCN resolved and to not escalate to having to go to court or something of that nature, so any information would be much appreciated, thanks

under the BPA CoP they have 35 days to respond, although this is not enforced
you could email them as keeper and tell them you now consider the matter closed due to no reply to your appeal
might be worth going on their website and seeing if the pcn is live or not0 -
You need to keep to your original thread so that all the info is in one place... saves us looking all over the place for the full picture so that you get the correct advice.
I suggest you PM Crabman and ask him to merge your other two threads, then post again on there.0 -

do you know where on the website i can try that? i can't see a link that allows me to check the status, thanks0 -
download the latest BPA CoP and read it in adobe reader
as for the pcn, maybe see if you can "pretend" to pay it ?
I have never had a pcn from them, so dont have experience of "their site"0 -

Try trying to 'pay' your charge. That will certainly get you to the right place to check.
PS - don't press the 'Pay Now' button! :rotfl:Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Just tried to pay it and it said "This Parking Charge has been cancelled"
Thanks for all the help on the multiple posts0 -

Well, there you go - good result.
Just keep a close eye on your post, just in case there's been an 'admin error' on the part of the PPC. I'm not intending to set any hares running at all (and there's no evidence to suggest they will suddenly resurrect this), but when you're dealing with a box of frogs you need to anticipate one jumping out!
But sleep easy, this seems to be over for you. Glad you found the forum helpful - it's why we put in the heavy lifting each day. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
