When to renew driving licence when 70?
I will be 70 this year and I am going on a cruise to celebrate so I will not be at home or even driving when I am 70.
How far in advance can I apply to renew my licence or can I wait until I return from my cruise?
I won't be driving or hiring a car as they don't allow driving on the ship.

The DVLA will send you a D46P application form 90 days before your 70th birthday. Renewal is free of charge.0
