Hey guys,
I wanted some opinions of my appeal for PCN.
Me and my wife hired a vehicle for a few days for Easter. We parked on a single yellow line in Redbridge on Balfour Road where there are loading restrictions with a sign which clearly explain the time the restrictions are in force. However kerb chevrons are supposed to indicate which road those restriction apply to. I am going to appeal the PCN outlining that the kerb chevrons were not clear therefore how was I supposed to know it was restricted? What chance do I have of winning an appeal guys? Any info would be obliged. Cheers!

if this is a council pcn then try pepipoo forums where the experts reside , but be prepared to scan and post both sides of your NTK
this forum tends to deal with private tickets0 -

Post a picture of BOTH SIDES of the PCN on pepipoo here:

Always worth appealing any Council PCN. Most are winnable in the end, as pepipoo will tell you, especially if lines and signs are not clear or if some other appeal points apply. Ask for advice there.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
