Panasonic AV input mono problem

Hi, does anyone know if there's a setting on Panasonic quintrix tv that stops the red audio input from working? The white input seems to to come out of both speakers. Wondered if there is a setting to change from mono to stereo input. (Also to complicate I don't have original remote)

Model TBM8E2284 have emailed Panasonic, as I can't find it. Thought someone on here might just happen to know0

I don't think you'll get much support from them on that age of a TV. If you can actually navigate the menu system without using the remote, you'll be looking for something in there. See if you can find a remote if you need to - it won't be specific to your TV, 1 remote model will support stacks of TV models.
Seems a strange fault so more likely to be a setting...0
