It took 8 day from full application to offer a couple of weeks ago. I did phone up most days to see what was going on. I can't fault them from my experience but lots of mixed opinions on the interweb.
    MFIT-T3 - 31 = (2012 £3050) 2013 op = £3009
    Savings £410

It basically depends on each individual applicant. If its a nice simple case it can be turned around fairly quickly, if you send in documents that weren't needed or don't provide the required evidence then it can slow the process down.

Rather than posting here you would be better speaking to the lender for an update.

In all fairness they weren't too bad after all, even though our case got pulled for a random audit and they needed extra paperwork. Plus, one of us in FTE and the other Self Employed.

Full application on 26/02 to offer on 21/03.

Although one thing to note is that if my Mortgage Broker wasn't chasing them for what they needed they would just leave it run and not ask. So our MB was proactive in this.

Forget what I have said about nationwide.
20 minutes on the phone and still holding and this is to run a new enquiry by them. I hate to think what it would be for an ongoing case.
