hi i no this is a little early but me and my gf have a 3 and half month old boy and my gf is on maternity leave and was planning on going back to work part time mid december and i work full time and baby boy will be just under 1 years old when she goes back to work will we be intitled to child care allowance and for how many hours per week

If you are asking about child care through tax credits, it depends on your income what you would receive0

It will also depend on how many hours you both work, it will need to be at least 16hrs each.0
