My Wattson Anywhere failed just after 2am. I cannot get it going again. I have re-paired the Wattson transmitter with the Wattson instrument. Still no luck. I have gone to settings on the Wattson Anywhere page and re-scanned. The big green ticks have been?
I have osteoarthritis in my hands so I speak my messages into a microphone using Dragon. Some people make "typos" but I often make "speakos".

Mine "played up" a few weeks ago. After speaking to energyhive I disconnected it, took the 4 screws out and extended the internal antenna wire. Put it back together and re-paired....Fine now:D

The Wattson transmitter is surely working correctly since the two devices are pairing. It seems unlikely that the two units are at fault.
I used a pair of powerline adapters to bring the Energyhive hub immediately adjacent to the Wattson transmitter in case it's a signal strength issue but I still cannot connect when I scan.I have osteoarthritis in my hands so I speak my messages into a microphone using Dragon. I don't think it is a Wattson System fault; I think it is the EnergyHive Hub. I notice on my screen view of http://wattson.energyhive.com/dashboard/oscarsenergy the Power Today section is no longer shown in 'real time' as it was a few days ago. It now only changes when it is refreshed.....;)2.5 kWp PV system, SSW facing, 45 Deg Roof. ABB Inverter, Monitor: 'Wattson'.

Thank you, Oscar. I have reached the same conclusion all of the hardware appears to be functional. It is curious that my system folded exactly one hour after the time change.I have osteoarthritis in my hands so I speak my messages into a microphone using Dragon. My energyhive data stops around 2am on Sunday as well. I'm using a CurrentCost transmitter and two temperature sensors. The problem would appear to be at the sever end. I would have thought that there would be a user forum for the energyhive but I can't find one.0

I think you will find that EnergyHive have a fault with the time change and or their systems. As I said; the in 'real time' power today section is now not in real time. I was going to phone them today, before I realised it was Bank Hol Monday...:rotfl: Think your problem differs from Leggo's, he has a faulty hub, and you may just be having an error through a system fault at their end....
Here is Leggo's Power Today .....you can see the drop offs where no Consumption, no Genertation and no import/export is shown for about a minute...2.5 kWp PV system, SSW facing, 45 Deg Roof. ABB Inverter, Monitor: 'Wattson'.

Hi ToomanyPies: Why don't you start a new thread on here Energy Hive User?
Could be handy for a lot of people. Then Energy Hive can look at it and respond when and if they feel fit.....:D2.5 kWp PV system, SSW facing, 45 Deg Roof. ABB Inverter, Monitor: 'Wattson'.

I'm having the same problem. Hardware seems to be woking fine, but cannot get anything on the dashboard - just says error. I hope you're right, Toomanypies, and that it's a problem their end and will be sorted tomorrow...
Bit concerning as I can't get onto the diykyoto.com site. Guess they are having problems!0 -
Thank you all, I can now see that I am not alone with this problem.I have osteoarthritis in my hands so I speak my messages into a microphone using Dragon. Some people make "typos" but I often make "speakos".0
