Replacing bathroom sink without removing the tiles?

Hi all,
We want to do up our bathroom a bit, but we can't afford to re-tile the whole thing as it is tiled from floor to ceiling and we don't have any more tiles to fix the wall. So we have decided to change the sink as it's awfully small, next will be the toilet.
I have watched videos of how to do it, but we want to keep the original tiles undamaged and everyone that i have seen who does it seems to take pull the front of the tiles away when they take the sink off.
Anyone got any advice on what i should do?

There is a very small chance that whoever tiled the bathroom left a few spares under the bath.
Have a look if you haven't checked already.0 -
There are 2 ways of installing...
1) Tile first and fix sink.
2) Fix sink and tile around it.
The two methods will determine some details of the removal.
Removal of plumbing (water supply/taps and drain) from the sink is first.
Then careful removal of any sealant edging and/or grouting with a stanley knife or similar is stage 2.
Fixings for the sink may now need loosening or removal. This will help determine if the sink has been 'stuck' to the wall / tiles with sealant or not... A flexible filler knife or similar tool behind the sink from below might help release sealant 'gluing' it to the wall?
You may need someone to assist and prevent the sink from falling off on to you!
Often a new sink = new bathroom tiles from choice (as the old ones are ugly), so the online videos may have not been done with any thought to preserving the fitted tiling?.0
