Closing a 'zombie' store card account

I have found a Newday Store card on my CRF. I'm guessing this was once my Monsoon Store card which I haven't used since they withdrew their old card scheme years ago and it migrated to another provider - I presume Newday.
The account shows as active because there is a £1 credit balance on it but it hasn't been used since at least 2012.
It is updated showing as a green spot each month so should I leave it there or get it closed?

It'll make very little difference to your creditworthiness either way, unless it's the only credit account you've got that's years old, in which case it might make sense to leave it open until other accounts are more mature.
If you close it, make sure you get your quid back in true MSE style :rotfl:0
