DLA Uprating Letter 2016

A relative of mind usually gets a letter in March each year confirming DLA is in payment and detailing the rate etc. I know DLA will be replaced with an "invitation" to claim PIP but this hasn't happened yet.
The letter is evidence for continuation of other facilities/benefits and my relative needs it but is reluctant to call DWP in case this means their PIP invitation is hurried by doing so.
Have others still in receipt of DLA had an uprating letter yet?

Mine only came last Thursday, so anytime really. Thought it was going to be the PIP invitation but was just the uprating letter.

My husband received his weeks ago. His brother still hasn't had his letter, he phoned them and they said his isn't being sent out yet.

Looks like its just wait and see then. I am sure Politicians have no idea of the stress these changes cause to people who are already dealing with many complex difficulties.

I'm afraid the Government don't care because we are all scroungers.

My own MP told me the country couldn't afford families like ours (two children with ASD). I tried to explain to him the country could afford less to pay benefits for the rest of their lives to these 'grown up' children if I couldn't help them with skills and with their education now so they could work later, but he had stopped replying to my emails by then.

Oh well.

It usually comes early February and not recieved it yet ,
