Stansted parking help

Hi everyone, just wondered if anyone could offer any help.

My car is parked at the mid stay car park at Stansted. I came away for an easter break to meet up with all my family in Scotland. My mum.has been rushed to hospital and may be in for a few more days.

I'm due to fly back tomorrow, but won't come back until she is out, and my dad can take her home to Northumberland. Dad has parkinsons and can't manage by himself.

So I know I can keep my hire car longer if needed I spoke with them yesterday, but my booking at the car park is until tomorrow. If I don't go back yet is there a way to extend this? Will I just revert to standard day rate, and pay when I exit?

I'll also need to try and extend my excess insurance, with carhireexcess.com which may be tricky due to me already having the car, and the bank holiday tomorrow!
Flight wise there seems to be 3 ryanair flights a day so I can just book one online when I'm ready to go home. Would there be any tax to reclaim on the flight I'll miss tomorrow? Probably minimal if there is .

There is a phone number on the mid stay parking website and an amend booking option. You could try both/either

I've just found my booking print out, they open at 9 so will try again then, thanks. Hope someone is in as it'd easter. I've just called the hospital and was told there are no doctors today!!! Possibly not tomorrow either.
