My iiyama PLE1900WS has without any warning started to adjust the brightness on my screen after displaying the menu on the screen ,I can readjust the screen but within a few minutes it starts again can anyone help please

I know nothing about this screen but your description would make me wonder if it has some sort of dynamic brightness or contrast option that has got enabled?IITYYHTBMAD0

Adoptive Brightness? Check it in Control panel/power plan, look for display and check the setting.

You shouldn't be getting any problems at all. I've got a 20-inch iiyama e2008hds lcd (1600x900) monitor which works fine & hasn't been used much. It doesn't have your problem but I'd still prefer to get rid of it & get another make.
