    I doubt anyone on here could say as they cant see the job. I guess the answer is to get some quotes and pick who you feel is the best and not necessarily the cheapest.
    Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..
  • When you have some quotes you can maybe ask again.Things like height of walls matter unless the guy is 20ft tall,and then the low walls could be a problem.A m2 measure is required.
    Get a breakdown for each area and a work duration.

    Also when people say it just needs skimming half the time it doesn't, it needs large holes fixing, loose skirting and door frames fixing, damp patches sorting etc. Why do they all need skimming?
    Mr Generous - Landlord for more than 10 years. Generous? - Possibly but sarcastic more likely.
