Have been resisting the urge to food shop as the kids have been off school and there is plenty in the freezer. I have to go today to get school lunch stuff for the week. I found £30 worth of club card points and although its not best value I may use them for this shop and then pay £30 off my next account

I am not going to get much meal stuff maybe some chicken and potatoes, I have a drawer full of veg and salad and plenty of cereal and tinned foods etc

    Hi

    Update

The best news is that I overestimated my Barclaycard debt so total debt not £18400 but £17269.42

My mobile (Apple 5C 32gb) broke boo but as it was under warranty it was replaced with an Iphone 5s 64gb for free which was good news
I had a breakfast meeting this morning - work paid yay
I have taken £12 cash out of quidco
Awaiting payment for catering and realised that the previous months catering hadn't been paid so they owe me £117 - chasing for payment
Have not got much in the bank to see me through to payday so will be trying to live off store cupboard meals and leftovers
Have made a big to do list
Managed to keep the kitchen clean all week hooray - that's a first

Scary end of probation period meeting on Monday - should be ok

I have claimed back an Ocado Smart Pass charge £79.99 I hadn't noticed it went out of paypal and they refunded it all as I hadn't used it

Cancelled AA as I have a free year roadside cover with new car.

Boss emailed yesterday to tell us 1% pay rise back dated to April 1st better than nothing

Living off freezer food has been interesting, can't wait until freezer is empty going to bulk buy some meat and keep a rawer free for saving bread and things that go off quickly and reduced price items from supermarket

bike puncture repaired so back to free transport after using the car for a week

The Marriage tax allowance has finally been sorted and my new payslip has the adjustment and new tax code instead of emergency tax

    Hi

Used my Ocado money to make a payment off Next now £200. I didn't update on my probation interview - I still have a job phew!

Payday hooray and the Tax Credit people have paid me and extra £100 but don't trust them so using it to pay off a bit more Next when it comes through and then they will probably claim it back from my payments over the year grrr

    Hi

After a review my debt is higher that I first thought, I believe this is because I didn't add in the interest on the car loan current debt stands at £19451.78 :(

I had my oven break down on the weekend bought a new one and paid for installation but the store completely messed up my order two different teams visited to fit it and it is still not done grrr have an electrician coming out this week to quote for fitting and getting a refund from the store for the jobs they didnt do

I spoke to my landlord about my rent payments as my work payday has changed and she is happy to move the date forward so I have a bit of extra money this month to put towards debt will pay off Next first as its the one with the highest interest and then see how it goes.

I have a few dresses to put on ebay after doing a bit of a sort out on the weekend. My daughter has started making demands for prom like fake tan and hair - her dad is paying for her dress and prom tickets. Hoping ebay money will cover these costs.

I must claim back my work expenses it must be nearly £200 now and that would help a lot, I am on the train today so I am going to try and get it done and sent off. I have brought my own lunch and drinks today so I won't spend any money as the way we claim expenses is so complicated.

I have another catering job coming up - bigger than I usually do which is exciting, I cater a few Vegan events and I have been asked by a blogger if they can include me in a highlighted piece on one of the lunches I cater regularly which is interesting.

Right off to do my expenses, have a great week everyone
